General Dispatch

It is usually referred to as a registered type of dispatching. Registered dispatching is a type of dispatching in which a person who wishes to work as a temp worker registers with a temp staffing agency and signs an employment contract with the agency
The person who wants to work as a temp worker registers with a temp staffing company and signs an employment contract with the company.

Indefinite Employment Dispatch

Indefinite employment dispatch is a way of working in which you sign an indefinite-term employment contract with Dia and are assigned to a company that does business with Dia in the form of a temporary worker.

Because it is an indefinite-term employment contract, you can work in a stable manner.
This is recommended for those who wish to pursue long-term career development.
If you would like to aim for career development specialized in professional positions through fixed-term temporary employment, please apply for this service.

The employment contract with Dia will continue, and Dia will introduce the next temporary placement. In the unlikely event that a period of time becomes vacant for reasons attributable to Dia, you will be asked to work for Dia or wait on standby.
However, you will continue to be employed by Dia and will be paid an absence allowance.

About job introduction and application

Our staff will review your application and contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible on the next business day if we are able to introduce you to a job.

It is possible. However, the Labor Standards Law stipulates that working hours per day (contracted hours) must not exceed 8 hours and weekly working hours must not exceed 40 hours, so a contract that exceeds these working hours cannot be concluded if the employee is working in conjunction with other jobs.

If the job does not meet your expectations, you may cancel it. Please let us know the reason for your refusal so that we can use it as a reference for future referrals.
