Return Policy

In the event that a person who has been employed through our introduction terminates his/her employment contract within 3 months of employment due to his/her own reasons or termination due to his/her own fault
We will refund the following amounts from the referral fees received to the job seeker.

(1)Less than one month after hire, 80% of the referral fee will be refunded.

(2)50% of the referral commission shall be refunded if it is within three months rather than one month after the hire.

However, this refund system does not apply in the case of placement dispatching, where a dispatched worker who is currently working for the client (job seeker) is introduced as a job seeker.
In addition, the refund system may be stipulated differently in the fee-charging employment placement contract.
The above fees do not include

consumption tax. It will be added separately.
